| I actually tried to work with you and gave you every opportunity to give me one ounce of proof that you contacted me about any problems within the first 1 1/2 years of having the motor and you have still not provided any. I have plenty of posts by you in the last 4 years that show you were getting upgrades done, driving your car, and even trying to sell your car as "MINT"(LaZy Link and LaZy Link) within the past 4 years. So that hardly proves that you were having "problems" like you claim. Carefull with your words and posts Kyle or we can post full emails with your full responses to my legitimate concerns. Please do....I have the same Emails and would love to show the total lack of diagnostic work that has been done and your outright crazy claims and threats. The only reason I have not is to somewhat protect your mechanic from public humility. I have also seen emails where you are attempting to bully other paying customers. You mean to have a customer pay his total bill?? Matt and I have resolved our issue with his bill so I am sure if you ask him again you will find that I was 100% correct and we came to a final agreement that had him paying his bill. FACT: I have not had my Z for months now because I have a engine that needed a helluva lot of work starting with a oil pump gasket leak from day 1. Also I have had to have the heads heads due to your negligence not anyone elses. When the oil leak got unbearable I moved to have it fixed. Again....*If* I would have been notified with at least a year and a half I might have worked with you. Coming at me almost 4 years after you got your motor is just crazy. Also with posts that show you had great compression numbers in late 2008 hardly show you have a "shoddy" engine like you keep trying to claim. I didnt post earlier because I thought you were a man of your word and would take care of me especially after I spent 10k with you. I am very serious about my customer service and have given you way more time then I should have given the circumstances. Your claims are ridiculous and slanderous. I have no time to continually post about problems with you but I will have sworn testimony re. this and the repair bills for the head and we will let a court decide. See you there.
